How much larger of a trial are you expecting here? Larger than the current 450 person trial spanning multiple countries?

A trial that they and the CROs have been able to handle without this position.

Why can’t the phase 3 trials be handled in the same way. Unless it is much bigger.

And why would it be bigger, when we have more data and a more precise population to target?

It is. We've obviously committed to an aggressive clinical program and that takes adequate clinical staffing.
