Yes there is.

Roger Pawson has a long history of using fraudulent SEC filings and PRs to sell worthless stock.

Here are some good examples from a lawsuit involving Roger Pawson using one of his former now dead companies. Check out pages 4,5, and 6. Though one should read it all carefully.

Holy Smokes!! What's with all the millions after millions after millions of shares going through DTC FAST services???? All they say is for services rendered.

And look at the last two... Roger cancels 130 million then turns around and issues 130 million to some unknown entity???
