OPTI - remember Roger Pawson? old CYBI, BEHL, BNPD and ENTK/SUFF scams

I thought he was out of the penny stock scamming business.

Just noticed tonight (I know several weeks too late) that he has been running an LED grow lights turned LED lights that disinfect through UVC rays scam using OPTI.

OPTI does have some sales but according to their last financial report all the revenues came from their Optimized Fuel Maximize business (some kind of zero emission electronic fuel thing) - not from their LED lighting business.

The Company's revenues have been generated primarily through the sales of the Optimized Fuel Maximizer units and sublicense and distribution agreements related to our PawPal product and our pain relief products.

It doesn't look like the PawPal products have been active for a long time and it is noteworthy that OPTI never reported any revenues when they were an SEC filer before going dark in early 2019.

Anyways, in April 2019, OPTI announced they were getting into LED solar lighting:

Then after not saying much about their LED lighting for the next year, they must have gotten the bright idea after something Trump said that they would start touting their "LED lighting" business as a way to "disinfect". On May 29, 2020 they announced a new UVC LED Disinfecting lighting product line with a bunch of links to COVID-19 articles:

It's been a parade of press releases since then including announcing projections for $4m in revenues in 2020 for the new UVD LED lighting product line on 6/2/20:

With the COVID-19 pump, OPTI turned into a huge runner despite having over $929,000 in outstanding toxic convertible notes on the books as of March 31, 2020.

Before all that, OPTI was converting debt like crazy:

Between June 30, 2019, and December 31, 2019, OPTI issued 462,042,579 shares for debt conversions.

And between January 1, 2020 and March 30, 2010, OPTI issued another 904,502,798 shares for debt conversions.

That brought the O/S to 1,377,859,003 as of March 31, 2020.

Since that time the O/S allegedly hasn't changed which is why the price has moved so well thanks to the UVC LED pump.

But with $929,000 in toxic convertible debt it sure seems like a ticking time bomb to me.

Should be interesting to see what kind of spectacular crash that one eventually ends up having.

I wouldn't be too surprised if the SEC eventually catches on to their bogus COVID-19 claims.
