I know they can but then how many bashers would start bashing the incomplete info. I say just do it right the 1st time. Also, I think Jim is looking at the long term hear. He has more to loose then anyone here. he would not want to dilute his own shares this is why I think he will only use a certain portion of these A/S on a buyout. Read my post # 37613
