I hear ya but just because the company dilutes does not mean Jim gets diluted. He can always issue more stock to himself (which it appears he has) to offset the dilution you and I feel. As far as the audits, many people questioned the original financial results published so an update could quence the thirst during the extended waiting period. Food for thought.
