I’m in the camp they want to put this up for adoption///buyout.... if that is their route and intentions then a R/S is unnecessary step....
even if they go long term then 10/1 split would be max and still not necessary!

If this is successful as we all believe it will be!?! This will eventually be multiple dollars with current share structure!
If a RS for 10/1 was to take place this could literally be in the 100s....

Now if they wanted to do RS to hang short positions (in theory) again unnecessary! Just do a symbol change! Done! Needs to be timed right.... like just before a partnership.

Well. . .certainly they've talked about "enhancing shareholder value," so to me, when we start concluding that a 'reverse split' is in the offing, GENERALLY that does not enhance shareholder value in my opinion. Now some might say, "down the road further" a present RS will enhance value then. Well, I'm 74 now. . .may not be around THEN. So there are all kinds of ways to look at it, but my experience is that it does not help the share price at all!! (Now convince me otherwise)!!
