Thank-you, 1968cuda434, for this GreatPoint! Yes, RS could possibly cause big PPS spike, but am not familiar with this process. Would you care to elucidate on how that works, please? Or share any other means by which you think the PPS /could/would escalate rapidly? Thank you for your input~

(p.s. All I know is, ENZC is so valuable that its PPS is limitless, & IMHO will go up significantly. Also, We, as Shareholders, need to recognize that we do have rights, under the rules of SEC~ and should not "sell ourselves short" to any Take-Over company, if or when that happens.)
