Health Canada does not have the detailed trial information. I believe that the FDA & Canada have a joint harmonization & cooperation agreement for clinical trials across borders. Once a US based sponsor applies to conduct a clinical trial in Canada & that trial has already been approved by the FDA, that trial will automatically be approved by Health Canada, after Health Canada issues a “No Objection Letter”.

I believe once the revised SAP & the endpoints are approved by the FDA, those are automatically approved by Health Canada. I believe Health Canada automatically adopts what is on clinical trials.org.
