GMGI focus is Asia Pacific. They are not simply an igaming producer, they have developed and licensed a very robust platform called GM-X that is used by more than 400 casinos. Traditional gambling can be played on their platform virtually between players and casino as well. They recently entered the sports arena through Amelco, where they have a licensing agreement with them to use Amelco sportsbook offering in the Asia Pacific and possibly USA. GMGI rose from the ashes as a pink sheet and now will be uplisted in NASDAQ anytime. When I compared the two, I was very surprised how undervalued ELYS is. It should be 10 times its market cap. It sounds to me that it lacks promotion by the company. It has a very solid revenue and a potential for a huge growth. Although GMGI revenue stream is not as big and still growing, as they project a revenue of 1.4 mil in Q3, their net positive cash flow for the first 6 months is over 1 million dollars compared to 0.6 million in the case of ELYS.
