Another $3m lost in Q3 alone... that's $1m per month in operating losses.
7 million shares diluted in the past year. Yikes.
Regardless of the "cycle", ELYS definitely turned out to be a "bust"
Only 'shallow analysis' was needed to correctly conclude this was a doomed investment.
Buying into a software company that tells you up-front "We cannot make profits until we've been operating for 7 years" is ridiculously foolish.
Sometimes the "complex analysis" is just a way to trick yourself into throwing away money on a transparently bad idea.
Do we need to wait the full 6 months for you to admit I got this stock correct?
Or are you willing to admit that the market has proven me right sooner than that?
Major ouch. Shareholders are so expendable.
ELYS delisted from the Nasdaq to the OTC. Stock dropped 48% from .51 to .26 on the announcement.

Reverse split coming. 1-10 In proxy from Friday
Kind of pedestrian
There is growth to be certain but certinly nothing that is overwhelming. We need something like the Yahoo/Lottomatica deal to be finalized to give us that boost we need.
Sorry, 10Q is already out.
Double or nothing is what gaining for, like ELYS. Expect ER tomorrow.
Possibilities? Or done deals?
If we still get the Lottomatica/Yahoo deal and the 5D in the name signifies a deal with 5Dimes this company will grow exponentially as will the share price. Bookmaking can be boom or bust. We may be on the precipice of a boom cycle.
I suppose
That depends on whether or not you care about the near term share price. We will not lose the NASDAQ listing and a R/S is highly unlikely due to the already low O/S and the fact that somebody just agreed to buy shares. Beyond that, time will tell and patience will be rewarded.
How did the recent 8k impact the near future SP?
The funny thing is
That these board gurus tend to answer to statements that weren't made. I never said ELYS would be profitable by years end. What I said was things will look much different. If you follow this company you already know this. If we stay in development for years with no growth of course the company will falter. I don't believe that will happen.
Not exactly a deep analysis by looking at 2 qtrs over a 15month period and therefore concluding it sucks.
Elys has always said they are in investment phase which was a 3-5yr plan starting from the repeal of PASPA. We are just coming to the conclusion of that 5 year period, so would not expect to see any profits until year 6 or 7.
Just checked, and over the past 2 years:
2021 Q1 revenue: $14.1m
2023 Q1 revenue: $12.4m
2021 Q1 operating loss: $650k
2023 Q1 operating loss: $2231k
This company is going in the wrong direction. No wonder VCs won't touch it. They want either growth and/or profits, and ELYS has neither.
No need to wonder, if you look at my history on this board.
2 years of history has so far proven my concerns about the business prospects as valid. Will ELYS suddenly pick the next 6 months to magically become a success whereas before it was a failure? I'd be shocked but it's not impossible.
If ELYS turns their operating loss into an operating profit before 2023 year end, please ping me and I'll publicly admit my skepticism was wrong.
I wonder
If you will be as eager to admit how wrong you were about this stock in 6 months as you are to talk about how hopeless it is? I doubt it.
Still makes me laugh to think about someone comparing ELYS to MSFT
Looks like time has answered my question: ELYS was always destined to be a failure, VCs knew this, so the owners milked naive penny stock gamblers instead.
Nice pop for a brief time, and then only pain for people holding ELYS shares.
Have we touched the moon? What a wonderful day!
If they were to close both of those acquisitions this year, that would be incredible! And let's see how their web and mobile app debut in North America goes.
Yep
And the company expects the deal to be done in Q3. The Illinois sports bars deal may happen soon since they just got their certifications for the system in the U.S. I think the Lottomatica deal will open it up for us once it is in play.
Yes, let's hope the Lottomatica deal lands soon. Their IPO is supposed to drop at the end of April
To me
We are treading water until the Lottomatica deal and the Illinois sports bars producing. It isn't bad but certainly not earth shattering.
What's everyone thoughts on the 10-K?
Let's keep our fingers crossed!

Why would ELYS go up
They filed a preliminary with the SEC that states they raised $1 million at a price lower than the current market price. This means management doesn't even believe ELYS stock is worth more.
Michele C is a convicted crook that had his hands in an illegal stock scam a few years ago. even if he is flying straight now, the mere presence of him running ELYS is reason enough for fund managers to never invest in the company. There are 10 thousand other companies in the U.S. that funds can invest in, why would they take a chance on a convicted CEO.
While I do admit the sector is strong and growing, their balance sheet is weak. $30 million of there 42 million is goodwilla nd rights of use assets which really have no value unless someone were to acquire ELYS.
From an operational standpoint they lost $3 million for the 3-months ended Sept and over $8 million for 9-months ended Sept.
Bottom line numbers are much worse since they lost $11 million for 9-months ended Sept
Their cash position is bad, as is evident with this most recent $1 million capital raise, but the more concerning part is that they may run out of money in late 2023 unless they raise more capital.
Will the capital be at a discount to market as they just did, or will it be some toxic financing like a convertible note.
They have negative cash flow so each and every business day they open the doors knowing they are going to lose money for that day.
They are not in the business of magically turning things around like generating enough cash to sustain themselves or turning a profit which would make them an attractive investment, so I ask you why would anyone stay the course and then be happy
This stock
Is actually further along than it was at $6. With a stock like this if you have done the research and made an informed purchase you should not ecpect this to be an overnight double, until it is. This has always been an investment not a quick hitter. Stay the course and you will be happy ypu did.
Yahoo/Lottomatica is synonymous.....same deal
Look how much it jumps
Just on the mention of a potential, future venue. Just wait until >100 venues are announced in Ohio. NY is in play. There are rumors of a Yahoo partnership and also the Lottomatica deal, which is huge. The future looks great!
$ELYS Stop and think here, ELYS is huge in the EU and now HAS ALREADY come to the US , with big locations see below! Follow them, plus take note one that is really taking on "Shorting" see below. Note US HQ right in Las Vegas.

No, they issued a convert instead.
Wonder if they pulled the offering because it was at a much lower price ? They see their stock price rising and might want to apply for another offering down the road at higher prices ? I’m only guessing guys because I don’t know the original offering price but it could make sense . Hope I’m wrong
Looking forward to the
