Holidays in the glass coating and/or at the seam of any windows.

Ever see what happens to an enameled cast-iron bathtub? And those tubs aren't exposed to salt water.

Also, I hope the temperature remains stable in the building. Glass doesn't lend itself to thermal expansion/contraction.
