$FRCN - Scott Oneal owns 40M here...Mr. ONeal as the original equity angel investor, he provided seed capital for the Company.

His efforts facilitated the filing of a new S-1 with SEC, facilitate 15C2-11 through its market makers, overseen equity and debt capital. Mr. ONeal currently is on the Board of Directors.
