MayoMobile QUESTION:
On slide 17, what is meant by the left axis "% of patients in top interval"? Specifically, what is the "top interval"?? I don't see that referenced elsewhere.

Thanks for the good breakdown!

Super MayoMobile. Regarding slide 30 It is too bad they didn't include one more line on each of the graphs. That would be the Average decline of patients who have received placebo in various trials. That line would be off the bottom long before they reached the 148 week mark.

On average, the MMSE score of a person with Alzheimer's declines about two to four points each year vs Down 1 point for the high dose group after three years.

Holding AVXL since 2015. Not likely to give up on it anytime in the future.

Some of your units are inconsistent and off, particularly regarding slide 20 (seconds, p-val as %...). And the population % of wtS1 carriers may not conform to the patient population, we have to be careful there.

There is still analysis to be done by the company, for these and the other endpoints. Looking forward to it and the OLE outcomes. Should shed more light.

“This is proving two things: the benefit of being a carrier INCREASES AS TIME GOES ON and that there is a noticeable difference between SIGMAR1 carriers and non-carriers to begin with.”

Does anyone think that Anavex submitted OLE data to the FDA to further confirm our findings?

If it indeed shows greater improvement over time, then it’s KABOOM time!
