NWBO tends to PR the day or the day before a presentation.

For instance:

That tends to be their modus operandi. I think that leaves them the opportunity to withdraw if necessary. NWBO did not announce the SNO pres by Dr. Liau or the Nov. 6th or the poster. They might do it that same day or on the eve of the presentation, when they are absolutely sure.
I think it also leaves less time for bashers of all kinds to spin a PR, as during the AF hit campaign.
