I think TLD is Friday November 6 pre-market and details at the Galbraith Lecture followed by SITC Monday and presentation by the Three on Wednesday .

That's the reason for the SAME TITLE for both SNO and SITC and have decided in favour of the latter.

Last day to buy tomorrow IMO.

One thing I disagree is that if the presentation title for both SITC 2020 and SNO 2020 conferences is the same:
