One thing of real concern is the seeming fact that Trump's negligence the the virus didn't seem to have the expected influence on the election.

Covid fatigue? Combining ignorance with Trumpy's slogan it's magically going away. Or are people believing the Trumpy treatment is available to all, and will be FREE!? As in shucks getting infected with Covid is no worse than the flu! Are parents tired of actually helping to educate their kids?

Regardless the virus doesn't care about Covid fatigue or slogans. It infects, and replicates.

Yes many problems. First the Trumpanzees will scream, jump up/down when Biden pushes a quasi-federal mandate. The big bad gubbermint is infringing on our rights! Where a Returdican governor won't go along with any Fed mandate -States rights! Along with the immortal syndrome. It's always the other guy who will die from it, but not me! Grass root support for controlling the epidemic? That would take some education classes from Fauci. Explaining control means lowering the curve. Even with 100% buy in, it will get worse before the control sets in. And the virus still hasn't magically gone away. Even if they get that far, then comes the political theatrics, with Biden getting the blame from the Returdicans for something he inherited. When a vaccine isn't quite ready until next summer as predicted - Biden gets the blame.

IMO, the genie is already out of the Covid bottle. Maybe Trumpy not holding as many Plague Rallies before, and after he is booted to the curb will help. At least not having a POTUS mocking those who do wear masks will help.
