It's all relative to the number of shares you own and your personal needs.
I had to help a family member...I sold 3000 shares, but...I had 456,000 shares. I now have 453,000. So do you consider me selling out? Again, we have no personal knowledge of the sellers needs of the parties involved.If they sold the majority of their positions, I would be concerned. If they sell a small portion, I understand and have no issue with that. My take only.
