My thinking as a shareholder here in case we get the dismissal next week is I would want to hold onto what I have or even accumulate more as some of us have been doing. If no dismissal then no worries as they go to appeals/mandamus where they would win. The stock may go down on the delay and if it does that's great as we buy more at even cheaper prices. But if it is dismissed then we go to Albright in Waco and the stock should go up on that news.
Remember Albright wants these cases in his courtroom. These are huge cases with potential for huge settlements and he has been ruling on this kind of stuff for a few years now in Waco. So think about it why would Albright let these slip out of his court now that it's on his docket?! Hudnell and company are making sure we get these into Waco under Albright and he's as smart as they come.
As we get closer to a settlement this company will be noticed more and more. Who do you think was buying all those shares recently?? That was no pump and dump rather IMO it was accumulation by some bigger entity or entities in anticipation of a settlement in the near future.
Still it’s nothing more than thoughts and feelings without evidence she’ll dismiss, in VPLM’s favor. It could easily go the other way. All cases are different. IMHO
