Can you please provide the proof that Koh has terminated a Motion to Dismiss hearing and then ruled in favor of apple, to NOT dismiss??? I've been looking and no luck.
Also, because that is the exact opposite of what she recently did to VP. She cancelled a hearing and then dismissed, which seems to be her modis operandi.
I hope that you we're not hoping to see the .01s again and get back in then. I don't think that will happen, but I could be wrong and it wouldn't be the first time.
