I believe she cancelled claims construction on the second Alice and then dismissed. With this, she just cancelled a hearing over dismissing Apples case and or having venue in Northern California. Therefore, she could rule either way.....Who really knows.
I believe I might just cancel my pending orders and sit on the sidelines for a pullback. Just saying.....today might have been an over action. IMHO.
