If RMAT is under consideration by the FDA, I wonder if the company would prefer to announce that before TLD was announced. Both could clearly be positive, but my thinking is they'd like to have a decision from the FDA before unless it's clear that the FDA is just not acting on things that aren't Covid-19 based.

I believe the company clearly indicated that some dialogue was occurring with the FDA. There might be other things besides RMAT that were being discussed, but it seems like the logical thing. The FDA may have had access to the data before the company did.

We could be in for some very exciting times.

Just a clarification. I never said I knew they were applying for RMAT, I have been posting about it for years during the trial and as they planned ahead, for other trials that they should seek that status. And I clarified why and what it is and what it does. Someone here suggested they were waiting for an approval, in relation to this trial, and it seemed more logical than the assumption that before they had TLD they were getting marketing approval.

Just want to clarify. I have no knowledge that there is any approval pending nor that any pending approval is RMAT.

A lot of speculation starts to walk sideways into pending news and then can turn into things we were promised but did not get. As far as I am concerned, the only thing the company officially has pending is TLD.
