In fact for 99% of non-reporting OTC stocks like RCMH they never diluted a Single share based on my nearly Two Decades of OTC stock investing career which is why I prefer to invest in non-reporting OTC stock because I never need to worry about either dilution or R/S!
Actually the so-called reporting OTC stock is just another name of Endless Huge dilutions and Repeated Big/Huge R/S Pos Scam!
