851,481,075-shares is a accurate OS number for RCMH because it was from the official latest company report (see the link below) and the historic trading chart also confirmed it based on the Maximal volume of less than 1B shares!

In fact for 99% of non-reporting OTC stocks like RCMH they never diluted a Single share based on my nearly Two Decades of OTC stock investing career which is why I prefer to invest in non-reporting OTC stock because I never need to worry about either dilution or R/S!
