I think that is what Petar will claim, but I believe he was as complicit as DeVries. I believe AD came up with the plan and Petar executed it at the side of DeVries, until they had a recent falling out, which I believe stemmed from Petar's refusal to post those AFs and make them all filthy rich when the price skyrocketed based on those falsified numbers being made public.
