Janniebgood, your post makes some sense to me. I believe IMO that is close to what may have happened. I really do not know for certain. Andrew DeVries IMO was the mastermind of the plan and he will be a critical person at the hearing because Petar probably will not know how to explain the structure of the deal as well as Andrew. After all, the structure of the deal is a biggie that everyone wants to hear. Remember that Petar does not have the experience to do this on his own. In some way, he may even be a victim just like the Suljas t a point.
Sayng the AF number were falsified is a stretch. IMO
If AD doesn't show up to the hearing it will delay things for us, but if Petar has the evidence he says he has, he might be OK and be spared of major damage. I personally do not think this will be over in one day. I'm sure they will have to come back to present more info.
I do believe that if Petar's evidence is as real as he says it is, we will be allowed to continue trading without any halts. All is only my opinion.
