But why wouldn;t they split? There is zero reason not to as you say to clean up the mess as was already mentioned by the company.
They are losing Amazon revenues, will they be able to recoup that level of revenue?
And once they become profitable? No, IF they become profitable
They have zero book value as they have little to no assets and will continue to have little to no assets based on their business model, currently they have a massive negative book value and do not see that changing anytime soon
