Well my take on it is that new management walked into this mess without being given the full picture and now they gotta do whatever it takes to stay afloat. I still believe however that they're trying to add value to the company and turn things around. a split is just more speculation...they don't have to split to be successful...all depends on how their turnaround effort is going. Once they become profitable and get away from the toxic financing they may not need to sell shares...and as stated before this can trade way above its book value... I appreciate their transparency so far and feel they're doing their best for us. If you don't believe that why waste your time here?
