Was in my original draft but didn't make it to the final cut.
My familiarity with NDA's goes further than I could actually intimate but i've seen companies under an NDA agreement, go out of their way to assist their fellow "cohort."
When was this? We are to assume, based on one public statement from some period in time,
You answered the question for me.
none of the companies with signed NDAs with KBLB are offering any sort of input or assistance, if requested or otherwise? Doesn't that seem like a bit of a stretch, especially when they have signed agreements indicating their intent to collaborate and work together?
Kim has his reasons for both action and inaction at any given time.
I am reminded of an individual who wanted to sell his house for top dollar and wouldn't budge on the price, though it was a "fixer-upper."
Every offer lower than his, was met with opposition.
Long story short, he still own the house today and in hindsight, wish he would've sold earlier.
Kim shared that he once turned down a company (years ago) because they wouldn't agree to either announce the "partnership," nor would allow Kim to place their name in print, etc.
In hindsight, he learned; as Polartec ended up creating that very scenario; until it was ready; on its terms. Hope the company he turned away, didn't have influence enough to make investment banker financing difficult for Kim.
Though there are more than enough potential financers out there, it's a small world in the grand scheme of things.
