I recall seeing financials from 2019... but nothing but PRs, excuses & several missed-filings since then.

Insiders have had plenty time to announce insider-buys.

More likely we're gonna see below-market-price financing, possibly toxic, adding to the 500 million O/S.

Lots of headroom tho, up to 3 billion available fwiw.
