ok taxes on gain was hard = as the papers and language of the LT was confusing to me

kept one page so that I took and reported my incoming and had a cost basis

1400 shares - cost of 4,730 or about 3.25+ (I think I used a 2-2012 statement which had them and cost basis and then "the shares disappeared" and slowly became a dollar valued LT)

People here - the ones still arguing for big escrow dollars - called PIERS buyers idiots as they were capped

Well over 7 years - I think I counted right - there were 5 payment years and it was a total as follows on a cost of $4,730
