You get one share in each company for every share you own before the merger.
1 NTRP share > 1 NTRP share + 1 Petros share
Total NTRP share count should stay the same considering they amended the warrants.
Only real difference for NTRP shareholders should be that the company will have $20 million less in the bank and the exercise price for the warrants will be lower.
As for Petros, you'll have to read the filings because of all the stuff they crammed into the agreement.
