Does anyone know what the rough formula is?
to calculate a NTRP shareholder’s share count at merger competition—Petros vs NBI
i.e.
Scenario 1
Investor(A) owns 5,000 shares of NTRP prior to September 29th, and purchases an additional 20,000 in October.
Total NTRP share count 25,000
How many Petros & NBI shares will Investor(A) have?
Scenario 2
Investor(B) owns 25,000 shares of NTRP purchased in October
How many will he/or she have?
