The Anavex sigma-1 agonist mechanism(s) of action have been fruitfully demonstrated now in real humans, with statistical significance. Chance results and placebo effects are no longer in play. The Anavex science is real. The Anavex drug pipeline has no leaks.

Will be interesting to see how the general news press tells of this.

Curious if the scope and impact of this MOA validation in science has sunk in? IMO, we have a true breakthrough moment here. Is it just not clear yet? BP and followers would certainly get it (once they get past denial...).

Falconer...If you had to predict how this news will play out in academia, NIH, BP...what news-PR-pub-other, would you be looking for next???
