Agree 100% even the outline of why they posted it to website first and other public notices.
Basically I read it as they need accounting funds to complete audit and update OTC subscription.
I would like to think some shares over last few days covered this.
I like the AS in this range. I didn’t see any red flags personally considering it’s the OTC - and these turn arounds have always been my biggest earning plays.
Patience matters here. Which we both know is lacking in OTC so I’ll be adding for the long haul as opportunities present themselves.
At the end of the day. They don’t turn these around without an expected outcome in place or because they are bored But based on CEO experience, I see good things coming.
