BOS, with this PUGE 8-K filed this morning...

The 8-K was filed by PUGE with the SEC this morning just like the CEO said it would be:

There is some coordination with the SEC that had to happen with PUGE before that 8-K was able to be first reviewed by the SEC to be released by the SEC through the Edgar database. That's why it didn't immediately go up when they filed it on Oct 12, 2020.

With the 8-K now finally coming out today, it's a huge shot in the arm of credibility to PUGE in my opinion. This confirms that the website is real and that the company is genuine and was telling the truth. I now have more confidence in waiting to see what this new direction for the company will be that the CEO stated was coming.
