I’d like to see one valid reason they would promote or show $1.1 billion in Vascepa sales when they know it includes on and off label CVD indication scripts and they know the Marine indication is a small fraction of that. Why bother to put it in there promotional material at all? It’s clearly promoting what they feel they’re going to have access to with their GV. It’s a promotion of the possible market they intend to capture. Hard to read it any other way and it falls under circumstantial evidence of knowledge and intent to infringe. IMO
