Of course they are wise to have lawyers, I was being facetious...but this is an OSC hearing, not a trial, no judge involved.

Litigation will follow, I have no doubt about that given the seriousness of the allegations and the sheer number of them.

One false and misleading news release would be enough.

Add in manipulation, selling unregistered stock and all the rest, and these boys are gonna be toasted but good.
