Most likely now that DL has been announced this week and the company says that there are several weeks of work before TLD, accumulation is still going on slowly, that is there is no rush to bid up aggressively. The change in endpoint just adds to the confidence to buy so I expect to see a slow and steady climb with dips being bought. I believe we will get back to the recent high in the near term. JMO.
