OSC does not have a slam dunk here at all. Look, they already amended their own order to halt this and agreed to a public hearing. they are not as confident as you think, especially when you have someone on the "inside" - who may ulterior motives or have only part of the story.

Hope they recorded meetings/conversations and turned
over papers.

petard and sulja are so ignorant they probably think all
their message board postings and emails are gone because
they deleted them. LOL

At the very least I think Airys will be called in front
of the SEC investigators. I THINK ;-) he has been reported
and they have copies of his postings, PM's and emails.
