Shareholders were told big things were coming over the last few weeks. A Bombshell, Shorts will be KO'ed by the news. And then finally, the Soft and Grand Opening last week. Lots of Hype, lots of chatter from investor relations.
Then Friday comes and it goes Silent. Was it successful? Did it get rained out? We don't need to know any confidential information, Shareholders just want to know if it opened or not. Thats all.
And now investor relations says "Draw your own conclusions"?
Not a criticism, just something to me that does not seem like a very professional way to interact with your shareholders. Its simple, if you tell investors you were having a grand opening with famous people for the last few weeks, I think you owe it to them to simply say, "Yes, we opened" or No, we got rained out, or no we had a few issues and could not open. Very simple, and very legal.
