when you compare the pass rates for Urine vs the Patch
the urine pass rate is significantly higher I would imagine due the easily cheatable test

the patch rate on the other hand is much lower cause they can not bypass the results and I think other states are getting very wise in the patch preference this way you know the person did not cheat their way back on the streets and I bet people who used the patch have the lowest recidivism rate of all
