What month and day do most public cpmpanies put out their 10Q's? Doesn't it have to be within fifteen days of the end of the quarter?

What about 10K's? If a company is on a fiscal December 31 year end, when does a 10K need to be out by?

Can you imagine if the next dividend announcement marked three years in a row that shareholders had to wait less than 12 months. Great job Joe!
