Their website does not say they're selling pure EPA to two US companies, that news article mentioned on Yahoo did - here's what their site says about EPA (not much);

BTW, to Will Lar and others, solved the Sinochem CCSB confusion - Sinochem is the umbrella company, CCSB is a subsidiary, they have 8 total:
