Finally, someone found it and it's official! LOL



This was done after the bell and I found out about it after 4PM in a text message sent to my phone. They told me the TA had been notified of this. The company was in meetings today with lawyers trying to get this done.


This is why I didn't have anything new to tell you guys earlier. They couldn't call me to give me an update because they were in meetings the whole day.

I am still waiting for the Wessal info they said I would have. I will let you all know when I get it.

FYI, I believe this was from one of the trustees. They retired those shares today so it's now 725 million AS, not 800 as before.

The float is shrinking!! LOL This made my night!

I will take that as good my friend.. Much needed since not much good has been stated lately. That decreased the float which is good if it turns around.

if they start doing right buy the shareholders maybe the pps will rise. at the same time in april they only started with 200mm shares and now at 750mm. they still have a ways to go. all imo

Thanks magoohi I see they reduced the AS to 725,000,000 but shouldn't it be reduced by 300,000,000 because that amount was set aside for the merger with Consultech Construction Management. Inc.'s Midwest office.

Correct me if I'm wrong but didn't Petar call that merger off.
