#228612 RE: S.A.G. #228611

I've been playing video games for four hours straight... The float is shrinking... Neat

I brain tired not sense making... WTF?

Was this some strategic move by SLJB? They shrunk the share structure... The Canadians apparently said they removed any trading restriction...

Does this mean we go back to .20+ tomorrow?

lol...

Very nice...a step in the right direction towards resurrection, still a long ways to go, but this says alot IMO.

If they're retiring shares from the treasury the float hasn't been reduced. Float is still 608 or 610 or whatever it is...the treasury holding is the number that gets knocked down by 75.

airys418......Is this the 75mil they were talking about. I hope not!!! They need to bring the OS down, not the AS. Both is nice but we really need to see the OS....

Airys, care to retract your statement here?

The float is not shrinking with the reduction in authorized shares since the authorized shares being reduced are not part of the float. The float remains unchanged.

Any Nevada company can increase or decrease AUTHORIZED shares at will, by any amount, at any time, with no notice, so this action means absolutely nothing.

No company can LEGALLY issue actual shares to the public without a registration statement or Form D exemption filing. Even a pink sheet company is SUPPOSED to follow these requirements, but obviously some have not done so in the past, including SLJB.
