This company has been floundering and hasn't done a thing except increase liabilities and run the O/S to 2.9B shares. The stock has traded at $0.0001 for over a year, and now that they PR'd their 9/8/2020 entry into bankruptcy, the stock sale begins. ZERO revenue isn't going to pay for anything. Wouldn't surprise me if they didn't get their own delinquency notice from the SEC on severely delinquent financials and are looking to dump as much stock as they can prior to suspension.
