Sorry, but paying off $2,000,000 in debt is doing something very serious in my opinion. Did you not read the PR? If you choose not to believe such then that's a different story. Oh, and to add, they do have a plan for their operations moving forward that will be revealed later. Here are both of those parts for you to read again:
