Yep. As was already suggested by another, it will be the post-June “subsequent events” in the upcoming K, that will be particularly interesting to read.

Subsequent events are events that occur after a company's year-end period but before the release of the financial statements. ... In other words, subsequent events are events that happen between the cut-off date and the date in which the company issues its financial statements.

For those who disagree, prepare to be enlightened. You may not know as much as you think you do. Or maybe I’m wrong, and you have absolutely nothing to worry about.
