Companies with $75 million or less of market cap available to the public have up to 90 days to file. PRED has about 300 million shares totally outstanding and at .25 a share that's right on 75 million. But a good deal of that is not available to the public for trading, so they are well below the 75 million number. So, ninety days, which is 9/28. (July and August have 31 days, thanks to Julius and Augustus Ceasar.

However, a company can apply for a one time delay of up to 15 days for a 10k which is automatically granted. So we will see.

Can they also file for an extension to put it off further?
