52 week MA is about $4/share
52 and 10 week high $10.60 and earlier this year $10/share on one rally and $9+ on 2-3 rallies pre split basis.
We all held through the R/S 1:1000 that dropped the float to 290,000 shares
Ticker changed about 8 weeks ago, and has only traded about8-10 weeks since the R/S-Ticker change was over and we got out shares back (about 9 weeks ago).
It was custodial clean shell late last year....
Custodian returned 65% of the OS to the treasury, then R/S his own shares and ours (retail float now 290K shares).
He knew what is coming or he would not have $11,000 cash he paid to Nevada to get the company current, and taken shares, then returned 80% of his shares and then sat through a 1:1000 R/S with us, if he did know a billion dollar biotech was inbound.
They changed the company name 6 months ago in Nevada SOS, and from that we found a web site URL bought by Larry Kubin that tied the website to this company, and the web site went live 1-2 weeks ago.
2 days ago old data on the old company was removed from the Nevada SOS site, about 11 year old prior company.
